Mine is pretty random, and it's Klay Thompson. I don't hate the guy at all, but his vibe and mannerisms irk me. It all started when he was informed by the media that he didn't make all NBA a few years back. The way he reacted when he was told Kemba Walker made it over him really turned me off.

Out of these, its easily Draymond. He just had his classic response :

How about apologizing to your own team, who had to play without you, cause of your classic antics once again? Or you dont care about them either? In the past, he also stated that he doesnt regret game 5 suspension and almost wanted to fight Ryen Russillo for suggesting that he should regret it. What a freaking irresponsible clown.

Then he implies that NBA actually punishes him harsher, because of his past...

Like everyone is saying, I don't actively hate any player. But, Draymond is annoying AF and gets away with way more than he should be allowed to. He should be ejected every other game for his antics. I hate watching Harden play, it's just terrible basketball. And Booker's a whiny B (though I admit he's really, really good).

Most of the other guys on OP's list are head-scratchers. There are a lot more hateable players in the league, they just aren't bigger names.
