Re: Around the League - Cuban selling majority interest in Mav’s
I think the in-season tournament seems to have largely been a success thus far, but they really need to change the tiebreakers. Because right now the Warriors are cruising against the Kings up 17 at the half, but that's not going to be good enough because as it stands currently the Kings would still win the group if they lost this game by 17 because of the point differential tiebreaker. The Warriors need to beat the Kings by 25+ to win the group.

The Warriors are straight cheeks outside of Curry. Sacramento has been blitzing Curry en route to a comeback in this game because nobody else on the Warriors can make them pay for it.
Draymond is also the biggest clown in NBA history.

They need to win by 12 and with 5:34 left, they are now losing.

The broadcast literally has a graphic on the screen right now that says GSW has to win by 12+.

Awful kick call when Steph just dribbled it off the defenders foot

Erm no. The team that punked the young plucky upstart Kings in the first round as a 3 seed gets a chance to overcome and eliminate the big brother in the first in season tournament, in a playoff atmosphere, on national television, in a game they were getting blown out in and punched back. It's just a better story.
A ho hum Tuesday night win in November would be just as fun? You're lying to yourself.

Kerr sitting Moody is a wild decision too. Been a bright spot but gotta play the older guys I guess.

Seems like such an obvious kick out by Steph. His foot at waist level. Looked like Draymond trying to kick nuts.

You only added three words to the narrative, in season tournament.
This has been a great comeback and a great game.
Go hum November game my rear end.

Yeah, it's stupid that in a three way tie it's point differential which would eliminate one team, and then the head to head result is thrown out. But they'd be tied at 17 in an 11 point win, and Golden State would have more total points the default tiebreak. Think they came in +2 if I'm not mistaken.

You're in denial at this point if you think the atmosphere in these arenas and the emotion coming from the players particularly tonight is the norm.

It's pretty clear you haven't watched a Kings home game in the last two years. This is how they are.
Light the beam.

They need to make a move. They were always able to get away with going small because Draymond could not only defend the interior but he could rebound. Problem is Draymond just sucks now and they can't defend a chair. The Klay and WIggins regressions just exacerbates their problems.
