Thank God we have Kyrie. Again.

Not a great game but still a very important W.

Those Powell minutes were surreal. Really.

I actually love this. Tim has been horrible only looking to create drama any chance he got. Apparently even Doncic got kinda fed up with him at certain times lol.

That's the job of a journalist though, they aren't there to be best buds, and ask them about their favourite meal, they should confront them and ask hard hitting questions, only McMahon does ha;f decent job of that, given the **** show that went down last year, we have no clue what happened, we also didn't get answers about the Donnie Nelson/Rick Carlsile departure.
Coverage of the Mavericks is really lacking, here's an idea, someone should ask the team, whose idea was to go into last season with Luka and Dinwiddie being the only guys able to dribble on the 15 man roster?

Too much euphoria after close home win, I though they played well the 1st half, just missed open shots and got the very short end of the stick officiating wise, had collpase late 2nd Q and early 3rd Q, recovered, but the way they closed the game was horrible, really bad shots that went in by chance (Luka's sky hook, Kyrie bank shot after the ball was touched which allowed him to get closer).
This wasn't the norm this season, they usually closed very well (except that wild shot against BK).

I think they're pissed at him beacuse he's always doing it in such a vindictive manner. I'm good with them asking tough questions but you rarely see coaches get so upset with one guy. It has been boiling up otherwise Kidd wouldn't snap like that.

BTW I think Josh played well yesterday, he still gets hit by screens but recovered well, and was good on defense, DJJ was even more effective off the bench, I'd keep this setup.
Watching Rockets rotations and recovery on defense is amazing, they are on a string, leaving no shooters open, remind me a lot of Mavs of 2 years ago.
2021 draft was way overhyped, none of the top 3 is looking like generational talent, Jalen Green is barely a starter, Cade isn't that great and Mobely and Suggs look like defensive specialists, best player until now is 8th pick, Franz Wagner, then Barnes and then Sengun who went outside of the lottery.
Watch these 2 drives by Luka, both should've been And-1s, in addition to some eggregious no-calls on Luka misses, and Lively non-existent fouls on Sengun.

He did, but the problem is inconsistency. He has these games and then completely disappears the next few.

We really need to address the 2 biggest weakness on this team, a starting POA wing defender who can rebound, and a backup big who can relieve Lively when he needs to rest.

Holiday not having possession is the only reasonable explanation probably. Even though i'll never understand this rule. He grabs it, jumps with it and then throws it... By that logic, he did have it :dontknow:
