If that's true...yikes! Whiffing on him puts the Portland rebuild in a hole before it starts.

Josh Giddy is caught-up in an under-age girl scandal, what a fool. Grabbed this link for speed, but look it up if you're interested.

So after 6 NBA games some of you have already decided that the 19 year old Henderson was a wasted pick… that he’s “trash.”
Funny, I recall hearing the same nonsense about Anthony Edwards during his rookie season. How did that turn out?

As gross as that may be. Age of concent is 16 in Oklahoma. So once again the distinction between right and legal comes into play. It also depends on the law too. Some states with a 16 age of concent are "if she's 16 you're good" and some are "16 but if he's over 18 or more than a certain amount older than her, jail!"closg00 wrote:Josh Giddy is caught-up in an under-age girl scandal, what a fool. I'm also not defending him, you're an NBA star bro you can have any woman you want. Even if she lied you need to card bro!

The Giddey thing is so strange. I’m shocked that the team allowed him to speak to the media today and he’s released no statement whatsoever while his reputation is being set on fire.

He did it to himself though, the teenybopper burned him by releasing the pics, shouldn't have been messing with a HS sophomore.

Giddy needs to learn the “no cameras” rule. The experienced ballers enforce it pretty much whenever they’re hanging out or hooking up.

Or maybe the “don’t have sex with minors” rule haha.
Although we still don’t know much of anything about this situation other than the NBA is looking into it. Giddey already appearing before the media makes me think there’s no legs to any of this.
Age of consent in OK is 16, so imagine if nothing happens here and he just returns to playing. Imagine being his teammate in that locker room LOL. His reputation is done for.

He just sold the team and announced he’s quitting shark tank in 1 day.
So he just bank rolled a campaign and cleared his schedule.
He is running for president….

Maybe part of the deal is Adelson backing him for president. The Adelsons are generous Republican donors, and other donors frequently follow their lead.
If the Adelson got just over 50%, that means Cuban’s investment appreciated twentyfold in about 20 years. That’s pretty good.

You're definitely much more of a glass half full guy than I am. When I heard the above news my first thought was his doctor told him he's dying soon.
What you said makes a lot more sense.

the real answer is probably much more boring; he wants to get cost plus drugs up and running and needs cash.

They haven’t announced the host panel for the upcoming spin-off, Drunk Tank.
