He made gambles, particularly on free agency, and it didn't work out. He wasted Dirk's latter half of his career. Think everyone agrees on that and it sucks it worked out that way.
But this franchise was in the trash bin before he came. It's not hyperbole to say he saved the team. We literally went from bottom 5 team to a top 5 team the year he came in and went on a spending spree. I appreciate what he did for the franchise. I just hope as a fan that new ownership is willing to spend and do what it takes to make this team a contender in the near future.
Casual fans tend to forget how hard it is to win a championship. Remember 2006? Not mentioning how we won in 2011 was truly a fairy tale. The day Mavs won I told my wife I'm content as a Mavs fan if I only get to witness one championship and it is this one, that's how special it was.
Ah well if winning a title is enough for a lifetime I can't help but feel sorry for fans like you, what do you follow the matches for? since you are already accomplished sportingly, give yourself to bird watching. Maybe it's best for you
Cuban blow out the team after 2011 and went cheap for 10 straight years, we reached the WCF in 2022 and blow out the team again not paying Brunson (I urge everyone to believe that Brunson is the bad guy and Cuban is the poor naive screwed guy
) and went cheap again.
Those are facts, not users opinions... So difficult to dismantle from your group of great minds
You and some other users are the best fan base for a owner like Cuban. Well done. Keep it up please, don't open your eyes. Never.
And i'm sorry for your wife, I guess she's jealous since you always think about me
That was totally inappropriate and totally unnecessary, please don't involve other people's family members in this
