I’m glad we have this thread up. Jett played much better tonight.

Does anyone have any updates on Jett? I noticed he did not play the last 2 games for Osceola. Is he injured?

Can't seem to find any news on him.

I follow this guy on Twitter and I rate his tweets, so not knocking him at all - but 4-0 run? That just means they scored twice in a row

I think you are right as he just got recalled from Osceola.

They probably wanted him practicing and working out with the NBA team during the homestand.

Howard had a blah shoot day today at 17 points on not-so-good percentages.

Interesting piece is he played, according to the Box, PF and had 9 rebounds.

His feet look too slow for wing to me and he looks more like a big than a SG on the court.

i mean, Duncan Robinson isnt fast to me and he has carved out a role, due to his shooting. That is going to have to be Jett's calling card, so the bad %'s isnt good

Duncan Robinson is insanely good shooter.
He now had several seasons where his catch & shoot 3s were at higher rate than league's average -overall field goal percentage.

Howard is very young and can and will improve over years a lot, but today he is far away from "deadly" shooter. Very few players are that good at that, specific skill.

so, pretty much what i said

i kid, i kid. but yeah, i dont see him being fast enough to be a plus defender, so shooting is going to have to be his calling card. that being said, the only young guards that are shooting well are Hawkins at 37% from 3 and Podziemski at 44%. all the others are having the normal struggles adjusting to NBA defenders.

I feel bad he's not getting to play much drafted as high as he was then i remember he's guaranteed $10 million and that's more than I'll ever see in my lifetime so I'm sure he's doing ok.

So thus far, who is outplaying Jett Howard after the 11th pick?

Cason Wallace and Sasser too

But yeah Jett just needs more time. More concerning than his shot is he just looks slow.. hopefully NBA conditioning can help him out

I am happy with Goga, but I admit I really wanted Lively.
