1) Never count Big Al out. He is the best backup big in the league, and better than 80% (my number, nothing to back it up) of starting big men in the game.
2) Tatum just had a bad game, didn't get calls that he should have and got frustrated by turnovers. 1st tech was a ref being pissy, and Tatum let it get to him. Move on. He is still the best player on the team by far, and one of the top 3 best in the league.
2) Give that man Derrick White his contraction extension 1st chance you get. Rock solid. ALWAYS.
4) Holiday took some bad shots, trying to do a bit too much, but still a solid game and played within the game plan.
5) JB just tries to do too much at times. His defense was top shelf in the 4th quarter though. He still needs to remember when his shot is not falling, to get to the line for points.
6) Game outlook changed as soon as Pritchard came in. Glad he is locked up under contract for a number of years.
7) Hauser needs to take more shots. I expect every time he shoots, it's going in.
8) If Banton could learn to hit the corner three, he would get many ore minutes. At least he was a positive in this game.
9) When is Queta going to get more of Kornet's minutes? Yes, Queta is a stiff at times, but he bangs on the boards, while Kornet gets pushed out of the way by guards. Kornet played 8 minutes and had 1 rebound (on the free throw to end the game when everyone knew Harris was going to try and miss) no points, no assists, no blocks, no steals and was a -9. Queta played 10 minutes, had 5 points and 5 rebounds, and was a lot more active in the paint. Not saying get rid of Kornet, he has his moments, I just think against teams that want to run more, Queta is better.
