Kings were off for 3 days and the Nuggets just flew in from playing Phoenix. The bench didn't play well, but the Kings (Javale McGee and Malik Monk especially) are hustling their asses off.

Huff is a two-way player. Deandre Jordan has played well the last three games in a row. Now Zeke Nnaji has been awful all year, I will not deny that.

Nuggets shooting uncharacteristically 0-9 from 3 and Kings shooting 9-17. Nuggets playing sloppily overall except Jokic which is to be expected on a back-to-back. Maybe the tables balance a bit more in the 2nd half.

LOL dramatic. They were just as bad up front last year and it worked out alright. They'll get someone mid-season.

Watson/Braun/Jackson/big man will be more than enough in the playoffs, where bench doesn't really matter.

Jordan isn't getting any minutes in the playoffs. Last year's run included no backup center getting time with Jeff Green playing the 5. But it would be nice this year to have some decent backup to allow Jokic to catch his breath during the regular season..

Unless they find some gem in the draft that's probably what's going to happen. This front office does not make big trades.

Fair enough. I find the nuggets historically rely too much on heroics in their playoff runs. I only caught a couple games from the finals last summer but as usual nuggets played pretty soft/sloppy and were fortunate butler forgot how to do normal driving layups while Jokic was hitting everything.

IMO Nuggets have massively overachieved with their roster construction. Outside of Jokic its easily a bottom tier roster.
