Chet was incredible down the stretch on both ends, although he'll need to get comfortable with how to attack when teams are hard doubling Shai upon the catch. Needs to work on actions on the high post catch.

That's a dumb post, his teammates were shooting open 3's because of him. He opened up the whole court.

Man i like Luka a lot, but he did a lot of things at the end of the game there that killed the Mavs. Not getting back on D to whine to the official and the pathetic closeout on Williams that gave him a straight line layup to the basket to give the Thunder the lead.

They coulda stolen it if they made a few more plays. Kidd was genuinely terrific in his defensive strategy in the 4th

He was done, gave it all on the court, he played 46 minutes being double and triple teamed, Mavs were missing 2 starters, and 5 players in total, including their only 2 other PGs, there were stretches in the game when Kidd had to insert rookie OMax, and Gleague players that resulted in massive runs for OKC, OKC basically ignored most Mavs players and focused on Luka all game.

His defensive effort has honestly improved a lot from what ive seen this year, so im willing to give him slack for the ending of today's game. That JDub lay up was just disgusting tho

Definitely not an empty stats player. Mavs just need better perimeter defenders around Luka to hide his lack of athleticism, like the Warriors did/do with Curry.

Mavs can score, but they can't stop anyone when they need to..
