I always have the same bewilderment that opposing players never do anything. If opposing teams got into Steph and Klay every time, egged Draymond on, and then beat him down in "self defense" he would stop, and the Warriors in general would stop. Nobody can actually handle 82 games of people bullying you because you put a target on your back. This style never works in hockey or football because all the opposing teams start gunning for that team, the coaches that preach that style then end up getting fired within a season or two.

There used to be enforcers in the NBA. They would have retaliated against Green and maybe that would keep him in check.

Soft league backed by soft rules, when a former mvp player gets ejected for looking at an opponent for a split second after a dunk, there's something wrong.

i have seen draymond poke lbj in his eyes intentionally multiple times and the league didn't do anything

The issue is that if there is retaliation then suspensions happen. All the players know it.

One of those things is that it doesn't matter who starts what, whoever retaliates will always get hit with a harsh punishment.

definitely not the dirtiest thing draymond's done but i'm not sure how one of the refs thought that was a jump ball over a flagrant foul... in what world is bear hugging someone from behind to try to steal the ball a basketball play? and then throwing them to the ground after?

it's a real shame when you watch very smart bball players (green, cp3, lowry, etc.) and they resort to antics. flopping is lame but harmless, green's antics are aggressive.
