If Horst can find a way to turn Marjon, Jae, Pat and whatever draft picks into a real 3&D SG/SF, we could be in business in June despite our defense. I wouldn't trade Bobby unless we're getting a defensive big back.

Houston has 2 forwards much better than Beauchamp I’d love to acquire somehow. 1st being Tari Eason and 2nd being Jae’Sean Tate.

super annoying that we are being deprived of Andre Jackson Jr. moments these past two games. They got AJ Green out there getting abused on defense and providing nothing on offense. If they aren't going to run plays for him, it's a complete waste.

Bobby to the Thunder. MarJon + Portland 2nd to the Rockets. Tari Eason, Kenrich Williams, Tre Mann to the Bucks.

Eason would be awesome, but doubt Houston gives him up for that. Mayyyybe Bobby + PDX 2nd for Eason + Landale.

Self scoring my recent takes 1-10 (that I usually was blasted for).
Correct my scores as needed.

*We shouldn't have fired Bud without having a replacement ready -- 9
*We should have hired an established coach --- 8 (I still have hope Griff figures it out)
* Since 2021, people that want to trade Brook and perhaps go back to the Ervin Johnson days type centers ----- 10 both years
* We should trade Khris (starting with the yr we could have had Butler for him) ---- 2020/10, 2021/2, 2022/8, 2023 7 . Amazing run to the championship but also we might have had more championships with Butler who knows.
* Pat should play spot backup SF minutes-- too stiff to guard SGs... 9
* Beas was a good pickup... 8
* AJJ/Green or Marjon should start eventually this year ... 6/2/1.. lol
* Cam Payne was nice pickup.. 10
* Dame should start with the ball every possession and second dude with the ball should be Giannis.... 9 --- I also like that we've been giving Dame the ball back more as the possession goes on like how Steph is used -- Bobby started that and now Brook and Giannis are doing it more.
* Giannis should work from the post and roll - 10

I can't think of anymore right now.

Derozan for Khris is pretty interesting from a Bucks perspective (am i serious?), but there's zero chance the Bulls do it.

This is a legitimately awful idea. DD looks cooked this season while Midds looks phenomenal outside of his minutes limit.

That’s before mentioning DD kills your floor spacing because he can’t shoot threes at an above league average rate (and if you don’t think teams will leave him wide open from three, you’re clearly not watching what teams are doing by leaving 40%+ three point shooters open in the corner on almost every play because Dame and Giannis have insane gravity).

We must have different definitions of phenomenal, he is shooting with less efficiency than pretty much all of our complementary players and his defense ranges from uninspiring to disgusting. Only thing he brings is passing, basically similar to Ingles’ play from last year but that’s not great to be compared to a 35 year old Ingles.

Still better then can't shoot 3s and playoff choker DD. I'm shocked anyone would want him on this team.

Career Playoffs - .418% fg .214% 3p. That should end this discussion.

I’m not advocating for DD, just an upgrade in general. We’re not quite lighting 30 mil on fire but we’re at risk of that. He’s one slip away from being a sunk cost.

I just want to say that the bucks have been elite on both ends when Khris is on the floor and he’s still a really good player. His iso defense is an overstated concern. I too am worried about his injuries though.

Deal on January 15th:

Mke: Caruso
Sac: Bobby
Chi: marjon, lyles, sac ‘25 first

Sacramento gets a positional upgrade in Bobby. Chicago gets a young player, salary matching, and a first for Caruso. We get a significant defensive upgrade.

You think Portis is worth a first rd. pick? God bless you.

We must because of players with at least 50 minutes played, he has the best net rating on the team. And it’s not close as he almost doubles the second highest.

When Midds is on the floor, they are still as elite as they were in all the prior regular seasons. When he’s off the floor, they are completely average.

It’s a lucky coincidence, not a fan of individual net rating just as I’m not a fan of on/off numbers. So much is about who you play with and how they complement you, not your actual production.

I mean if you want to ignore the stat that says the Bucks have been awesome when Midds is on the court and fall apart when he is off the court which happens to be an individualized version of the stat most likely to predict future success, you be you.

I think we have to throw the Portland 2nd in here. Also makes us very thin up front, we don't want Rolo playing any playoff minutes.
