The point being made is that when Kawhi does it--and he had a couple of groaner possessions in crunch time in THIS game--he gets a pass.
And nobody's saying Kawhi isn't the better player. Kawhi's assists-to turnovers [less of both] ratio is better than PG's, but not by all that much, and KL is not tasked with setting up the O anywhere as often as PG. PG is the one stepping up and taking the responsibility.
Fans have their favorites, and they have their scapegoats. This guy--Mr. June in 2021--was chased out of town.
