Depends if Westbrook will come off the bench. He is a net negative on that team.

Quartet a is widely seen as the core of the greatest and most dominant playoff team of all time.
Quartet b otoh I'm not even certain would win a title without imploding due to chemistry issues. I'd probably give them a 60-70% chance at winning a title.
