that t-shirt rip contest was pretty hot during the finals run as well. let's do that again.

Will always miss the Bradley Center crowds. Not sure why but our crowds have gone from the best in the league to the worst ever since the move to fiserv. Fans just don’t care to get into it aside from reactionary big plays.

Listen, I was there tonight. When the entire in arena experience is designed to take away from the game, it's not surprising that fans don't react.

There's always some stupid excuse why our crowd sucks. It used to be 'oh it's a week night' to fans coming up with other creative excuses now.

You watch any of these other games around the league and it's clear as day how pathetic ours is. And we have a team that's competing every single year. Is always at the top of the conference. Has Giannis and now Dame.

It's pathetic...and very weird to me. Just a bunch of lazy, low IQ fans that go to these games nowadays.

It's truly mind-boggling. BC crowds in 2000-01 were insane.

And I don't buy the whole "Fiserv doesn't hold noise as well'" or "it's all rich people now". Fans literally sit there like **** zombies.

A good team, expensive tickets and cell phones.

Twenty plus years and you're still fantasizing.

I went to plenty of BC games where the crowd no showed.

Sounds like the team should lower the prices. Get the real fans back in there. Boost the team's morale when they're feelin' low.

Tell me the teams who have been winning for 7 years straight that have rocking regular season crowds.

What's the list?

I was two sections from the designated cheer section tonight.

I couldn't hear anything they were chanting or get involved because of the constant bad music being pumped in.

I don't think I can express how much the fiserv experience kills crowd noise and its momentum.

Nothing builds because the NEXT SONG MUST PLAY

Ugh, I'm sick of those entitled fans paying money and driving to a game on a Tuesday.

And yeah it's kind of weird to compare our first playoff run in two decades to a Tuesday night in December after years of contending.

Right. It's just Tuesday crowds that suck. I swear some of you just don't pay attention. And definitely don't pay attention to other NBA arenas and how the crowds are.

So our excuse now is we have a team who's been good for a while now and that's why the crowds suck? Again, tune into some of these other games. It's easy to see/hear how different other arenas are compared to ours. And there's teams who have no hope like the Bulls who regularly have much better fan interaction than ours.

Many Bucks fans who showed up at the Bradley center were less well off than the crowd at Fiserv. They were Bucks supporters when the Bucks were non-contenders. Today they are priced out by Fiserv prices. We still get strong supporters today but if and when the Bucks regress to a below average team, I am quite sure a large bunch of them would stop attending at Fiserv.

I miss the $10 upper level prices at Bradley; used to take the whole family to so many games. Fiserv is modern and the seats are more comfortable.

Does anyone know what Griffin is trying to do?

Nobody here has ever said Grief was smart. This just strengthens point. If you're watching this PHO-LAL game, you can clearly see/hear how pathetic our crowd is in comparison. There were times in the 4th quarter where our guys would make a shot, and the crowd literally stayed at the same volume.

Because they were trained for the first three quarters to cheer for three things:

Free T shirts
Lil John
Everybody clap your hands

There is a HUGE disconnect between the arena experience and the game in progress.

The typical game has about 150 minutes of activity. About one third of that time involves game activity, two thirds are time outs and dead ball situations. Before the game tips off, fans are conditioned to focus on things that have nothing to do with the game. Conditioned to yell, clap, scream for things that are unrelated to or inconsistent with what is taking place on the court. conditioned to yell for the best dancer, or for 'everybody on your feet".

Fans literally spend more time watching the video screen than they do watching basketball being played live. 23 times tonight the Bucks made a 3-point basket and 10 seconds later while the Knicks were in their offense it was some of the loudest cheers of the night for "who wants t-shirts from Gruber Law?" - yes, Bucks fans "cheering" for the Knicks offense.

Every second half starts with a large percentage of the sideline lower bowl unoccupied because those fans are still chowing down on the premium food offerings - those empty seats don't generate much noise.

In the middle of play, fans are bombarded with messages that at best, distract from the game. "The Bucks are on a Screaming Sicillian Hot Streak" (16-6 run). "The Bucks have scored more than 95 points by the end of 3 quarters, so if you go to your local Kwik Trip and buy an 8, 12, or 24 pack of Michelob Ultra with your rewards card, you can save 30 cents on each gallon of gas".
