Some of that is due to him not guarding elite players most times, but his baad defense is overstated. He has been very solid all year. He takes plays off here and there, but he is not as bad as people like to say

The thing that surprises me most is how he's moving around out there.
He honestly looks quicker/more explosive than he has the past 3 years and that's crazy.

Talk about PED all you want but even with all the PED in the world you shouldn't look that good from an athletical standpoint at basically 39

I'm supposed to believe LeBron is on PEDs and no one else is or was at this stage of their careers. Or I'm supposed to believe it's because he spends more than others. Brother if money's the differentiator, Jaylen Brown should be a top 10 player of all time going forward by spending 10m a year on neurocognitive augmentation.

The reality is he's just that good and he still has that fire to put in the work every day. He's hungrier now than half of the kids coming in through the draft.

But also there have been extreme advances in sports science in the last 10 years. Injuries that use to be a death sentence for an athletes career are seeing them return in the same season.

He's unlikely to stay healthy but if he can then Lakers got a great shot at the title

Lots of drives/pick & rolls with Davis, 5 steals, only 4 three point attempts, only 2 turnovers. Why doesn't he play like this all the time?
