Re: Around the NBA - non Heat related discussion!
I can’t imagine Spo ever using that kind of language to opposing players. So unprofessional. And this guy should be out there extra careful considering what he did in Boston.
For a long time it gave me nightmares, witnessing an injustice like that. It’s a constant reminder of just how unfair this world can be.I can still hear them taunting him, Silly Rabbit tricks are for kids.I mean why couldn’t they just give him some cereal?

Me and this guy must have a different sense of humour. I don't get it, thoughI agree it is unusual to have 4 lotto picks from the same draft on your roster relatively soon after the draft.

Watch the podcast link (bottom video) first to understand what is going on. It's a game within a game.

So you have no problem with him not only holding the ball in the air with his palm upward, but he also lifted the ball a little bit to sell it more that he was taking a shot only to go back to a dribble.eddieheatfan wrote:that was a charge to meAirP. wrote:There's a reason he got that much space...

Might take away some of the shine from these young guys the NBA is trying to market if their blatant palming, double dribbling, carrying, traveling, etc. wasnt allowed.
Guys like Hali and Ja would be neutered a bit.

Sure, but something that isn't questionable like this should be called. I get its entertainment but now that the NBA have partnered up with gambling businesses, I would think they'd clean up these types of issues. You're handing the refs just a bit too much power to allow certain players to get away with illegal plays that could benefit themselves or someone else they're in contact with.
