I really like Hunter for this team, but I think he wants to be higher on the totem pole. In Atlanta he's behind Trae and Dejonte, and here he'd be behind Randle and Brunson. He'd be a better third option than RJ though, simply because he's more efficient.

We have a team full of guys who want the ball and want to be a higher usage. Hart was a squeaky wheel, so his shots upticked, Grimes is complaining so maybe sees an uptick, IQ needs his shots to justify his 6 man of the year race.
As we look to consolidate and bring in guys who are willing to play a smaller role, who are not out there trying to prove they are a future all-star. The Villanovians, I think, will be fine. Brunson has his role, Hart is going to get playmaking opportunities, Dante seems to shoot with a green light, but will pass if he doesn't have a clean shot.
McBride is someone who could have a role in the future, we have a top point guard in Europe who needs to come over or be dealt as an asset. There are teams that could use IQ, possibly even including the Hawks (though that would be hard to watch).
Grimes, IQ, Fournier + knicks '23, and one from the stash (not DAL), for Hunter and Bey. They could easily siphon off grimes and spin some of the other parts to get a bigger fit. Toronto won't deal with us, but I could see them sending Siakam to ATL should they be able to obtain the assets.
