Welp, no bueno against the Nets tonight. Looks like they got off to an early lead and maintained it throughout. Perhaps most notably is how much our efficiency from the field and from deep dropped in this game compared to the previous 4 outings. Dejounte+Beal+Chet combining to shoot 1-20 from deep is not good to say the least lol.

Still, Dejounte had a near triple double, Chet played 29 minutes, and Kuzma and Poole both scored quite a bit, which is nice. Also, both Kuzma (+10) and Mathurin (+7) were positives in the +/-, even though we got blown out.

Dropped our 2nd game of the season on a back to back. We need to tighten up our defense and rotation.

The Toronto Raptors came up short against the San Antonio Spurs on the road. Foul trouble plagued them in this one, as four different players had 5 or more fouls, dropping Toronto’s record to 6-3.

I figured I needed to match your size up front a little. Also while I probably took away some of Jokic scoring wanted to put some potential foul trouble on Wemby...if I just started a floor spacer he probably would have never gotten in foul trouble.

No matter what you think of the sim right now, don’t tank bro. We’re less than 10 games in and the better teams usually rise to the top. Your core is still a major problem and we all know you’re a contender. If you do make a move, I know it’s gonna be the right one, but you have championship dna. Tanking ain’t the way bredren! 8-)

I don’t know I think it’s just more about finding a balance and the right rotation I’m 5-3 and you wouldn’t exactly say the talent if I have around zion and bi is “good” I got okongwu dropping 20+ in some of these games.

Don’t underestimate who your matchup is and change defensive setting if necessary. For example when I faced the nets I went to “passive” to clog the paint. I was naturally in foul trouble because its embiid but my guys didn’t foul out. If I kept the setting on “straight” I’d probably have been a sitting duck.

With that being said miami has blown up another core and is ready to start another chapter because why tf not
