Funny how these guys come out of the woodwork. When Jokic has a bad game. lol. Worse shooting game of his career. It’s all good. I find it funny.

You do realize that I literally went back and forth with you pages back because I pretty much called you and some other guy’s Jokic takes ridiculous. Come on now. Giannis for MVP. And no, Jokic isn’t in any Bron nor MJ era. Boutta be outside top 5 in his prime. Silliness

Easy work. You disappeared in that conversation when pointed out with facts. You keep trying. It is sad

Embiid was nursing a sore hip the first game, and it was an issue for 3 or 4 game. For the next one he was sick and was a last minute decision when he was warming up, but yeah continue with that narrative. Explain this to me, how was the entire team sick, including Maxey, and the entire team sans Tobias missed games, but Embiid is the one that is ducking?

Is this the new narrative you guys are going for because you can't attack anything else about Embiid in the regular season?

Right now the separating factor between Embiid and Jokic is the playoffs, that's it. That's a big one, but that is it. These made-up conspiracies of him ducking are truly amateur hour on this thread.

You guys are trying to make something out of nothing. if this was a legitimate concern, why hasn't a credentialed author talked about this?

You guys should write to the NBA about this, like that redditor made a big deal about JJRs blocks being higher in Memphis.

LMAO, ya'll need to go outside and touch some grass. Time to take the tinfoil hats off.

The best part of this, is the tweet comes from a Nuggets fan... Hmm I wonder if he has any bias in this...

Is your memory so selective that you think this is new??? Its a multi-year long trend of him ducking match ups. Plenty of examples in this thread provided by others of it happening for years. There was also plenty of talk end of last year (whem MVP was a 2 horse race) about Embiid not facing Jokic in Denver but being available when they played in Philly.

So pointing out his bbiq is somehow a bad. Ok you do you

BBIQ does not make up for defensive deficiencies. You can point all you want in the court, but if you're slow-footed, and not a rim protector as a center there is only so much you can do.

You mean like how others come about of the woodwork anytime Embiid does anything?

He had 50 points, and people nit pick. 50 points!!! From a 7 footer...

Just lol

I give Embiid more credit when he has a great game more than you with Jokic. So I don’t know why you even mentioned this

He has been load managed since he was a rookie.

He missed more than half a season, since he missed missed those two years because of a torn meniscus.

He had Covid which took 3-4 weeks for him to come back from.

I memory isn'[t selective, I've known this all along, but I use logic, as opposed as some weird thing where he's ducking players. As I've said the odds are higher for him to miss a road game than a home game, because you have your own trainers and your own facilities so he can get treatment when he needs, and doesn't have to go take a red eye to go half way across the country. Unless he's missing games in the playoffs "ducking" this is a non factor, and is as innocuous as Kawhi, or LeBron load managing. Ya'll know that Embiid isn't the only one who load manages right?

Trying to find a pattern here, is so ridiculous, especially because Embiid has dominated these players. Embiid has been the worst against the Celtics, but rarely if every misses the a game (missed one this year because he caught something that the whole team had). Shouldn't he be ducking that matchup the most?

The players you are saying he ducks, are players he has won against and pwned numerous times.

When did I say Jokic is a rim protector. Quote me. When did I say he was an elite defender? And when I point how Jokic has gotten better this year by being more involved in setting up plays. Again why even make that comment. Man you can’t stand Jokic can you lol

Disappeared when pointed out facts? I stopped even looking at y’all posts because it was so ridiculous. Had one dude talking about Jokic is better at running a team than Magic Johnson. Half of your arguments are incoherent nonsense. Random stat random stat, “that’s why Jokic is the GOAT”. Again, Jokic is elite but this is the SAME THING AS HARDEN. Realgm tried acting like Harden was better than Kobe because of random stats and that was never the case. Jokic is a liability on defense so he should never be considered on any MJ or Bron tier. It’s going to be funny to see y’all tears when he loses mvp again. B b but RAPTOR says blah blah blah nonsense

Stop taking things so literally. Did I say YOU said that?

What I mentioned is consistently referenced on this thread and on the GB. At no point did I say, YOU said anything. I said JOKIC fans say this.

I have no problem giving Joker his flowers, but I'll call out BS like, he's a positive on defense, or if he has a bad game. Just like I'll call out when Embiid has a stinker.

Also, let's not act like you gave Embiid his flowers. You against referenced a cake game against Washington, had your little sarcastic remark and then said that's why he's in the running for the MVP.

Wow, big ups man, a real genuine compliment.

Someone gotta call Kidd and Luka out for stat padding - the Mavs win by 50 and Luka playing the MOST MINUTES on the Mavs roster tonight -

God forbid he got hurt playing in a game that was pretty much over at halftime:

Yall remember how MJ and Kobe would ceremonially ice their knees once their enemy was vanquished even if it was the 3rd quarter- like they were cooling down the barrel of a hot mini gun -

Well why is Kidd risking his super star in a game that is over ????

It was like he just wanted to beat these dudes so bad that he was pressing- I like that… correction - I love that Jokic wants to beat these guys - the clippers are a threat and he wanted to put them in their place.
