I'll be at the game and am very curious what the crowd will be like. Tickets got pretty cheap after the Celtics and Knicks were eliminated, and the weird start time is likely to make things a little subdued, which is fine with me.

Bucks 197 - Pacers 6
At a party given by a billionaire, Kurt Vonnegut informs Joseph Heller that their host had made more money in a single day than Heller had earned from his novel Catch-22.

Heller responds, “Yes, but I have something he will never have — ENOUGH.”

I am still pi**ed this game is at 4pm. Rarely get games on national TV, I would like to be able to see them when they are.

I have surgery in about 15 minutes so (hopefully!) I’m home and relaxing when the game starts.

The game will start at 11 PM here. I will watch it live and then have 10 hours travel in car. Good thing is that I dont drive so I can sleep in car :)

If its normal game time I would miss it. Thank you NBA :)

O/U for this game is 256.5, which I think is the highest I have ever seen. My neck is going to be sore watching those teams go back and forth.

If you can get surgery and recover enough to watch the game mere hours later, I don't see how Middleton can get paid 30M and not play for even 20 minutes and that was MONTHS ago.

Don't we have like 25 nationally televised games?

Not enough for me, need all 82 nationally televised because Bally app lags too much.

Don't worry you will get plenty of 1 minute breaks since the Pacers send Giannis to the FT line on purpose from the beginning. :D

Other than that they are scared of the NFL boogeyman, is there another reason for the early start?

Help is not an option. Opponents make only 58.2 percent of drives with a help defender present. That’s not just the lowest number this season. It’s also the lowest number in Second Spectrum’s entire database."

If Giannis didn't look hobbled I'd say he is going for 50+ again.

Your eyes will go long before that from looking at the court.

Its not because of the NFL, the Lakers-Pelicans game starts 45 minutes after the NFL game and so they'll be head-to-head pretty much the entirety of the Lakers game. Its because they put the games in the same location and so they put a 4 hour gap between the games so the Bucks-Pacers can finish, go through all of the postgame rigmarole and give the Lakers-Pelicans sufficient time to go through their pregame routine.

Idk.. I was happy last game that Middleton stayed in front of a few dudes on D and obviously was effective on O .... as many minutes as you can do that bro and last through the playoffs I'm cool with it, at this point.. the 3 young dudes have to step up, grow up and help us fill in the blanks.

He's eligible to be traded soon. If we're quietly shopping him and can improve the team, fine. But if he has zero value then we have to take what we can get. Playing him 38 min just for him to be cooked come playoff time seems antiproductive

I remember a few years back we were discussing the idea of Middleton being in the Ginobili role and now that proposition seems a lot more interesting if it's physically all he can do. It's always seemed like he plays better in short bursts rather than bring leaned on for 35-40 MPG even if he had some nice seasons with that type of PT.

If we do acquire a bonafide defensive wing I'm not terribly opposed to trying Middleton off the bench instead of Beasley, provided he and the team were okay with it. Part of that is that I think Beasley has earned the PT he's getting and demoting him might not send the best message, bringing a guy off the bench who can only give us 25 MPG anymore would have different optics at least

ESPN says it's the highest since 1991.

Up to 257 at my book. Opened at 254.5
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.
