If he lost.

But when he wins it’s an asterix, not important, diminishes his legacy blah blah blah.

lebron needs to do whater the f he needs to do to get the lakers to win 2023/4 and and 2024/25 rings, match the 6 +1 ( or more "cups").

then join and euroleague team, and win the euroleague and a world cup with team usa.

and thus, have it ALL.

In terms of where he ranks in the top 5, nothing will change. I will say that it does elevate his status as an ambassador of the game that he took it as seriously as he did while Zion is passed out at whatever buffet Harden recommended him.

‘Why did he try win mvp’ means nothing
‘Why did he try win any tournament’

They’re all meaningless, he faces no competition and I’m sure MJ could’ve played 21 years too if he wanted to but he won so many titles in such a short time, when he had no help and was in such a tough era of talent, he didn’t need to do any of these things that Lebron’s doing…. In year 21.
