They are inside the 10, why are you not trying to get a last second field goal out of that? One of the most questionable decisions I have seen

I'm guessing Kyle had no faith that his defense could get a stop and/or that his secondary (without Ward) would not give up a huge play.

After that 1st play, Seattle was sitting on 2nd & 13in the shadow of their own goal line. They had conceded the possession and would have been happy going into the half. Their only motivation there was to run out the clock

Heh, posted in wrong thread, got a late start, catching up ff’ing between plays, but how bad/what is wrong with Ward? Looked like he was feeling it in his abdomen? That’s a weird place to get hurt, so worried.

Probably not.

But at the very least don't even put a returner back there, and make the punter kick it out of his own end zone and send the house at him going for the block.

Reported as a groin which is something he has dealt with before.

They said it was a groin issue on the telecast.

Depends on what it actually is of course, but groin issues tend to more concerning and debilitating than something in the abdomen like a rib or something.
