A little disappointed in Los Angeles. Here in California we don't typically hang pee-wee banners except for the Clippers -- but they're more of a Nevada sports franchise renting space in California for money reasons.

First time ever on the general board I’m seeing comments about how divisional titles and conference titles and series wins are important. Before that it was all about “Rannnnngzzz,” “4-6,” etc.

Why not hang it. Tournament was fun, the games had a great level of intensity for early season games. Nobody's mistaking it for Larry O'Brien trophy (not players, not coaches, not franchises, not fans). Everyone knows what it is. What's the issue? Do we not want one small additional banner obstructing the view of the ceilings and walls of the NBA?

For the record, I’m still kinda annoyed the Lakers are putting up the banner however I have a sneaking suspicion Silver put them up to it to legitimize the tournament. I coulda swore I saw reports prior to the tourney that the Lakers were against putting up the banner.
