Brandon comes to mind
he was a pretty hyped prospect at Kentucky and in his first year or two in the league, right? Then -- among probably other things:

Between "modern" players it's probably between Brandon and Brevin. I'd give the nod to Brevin as he was a starter for more of his career and as I remember from my early fantasy basketball days a guy who was amongst the league leaders in assists a couple of seasons at least. Also he was never murdered by DeAndre Jordan at the rim...
this is really one of the most fun video clips in NBA history. The play design, Deandre's head at the rim, the karate kick as he powers it through, the fact that he almost but didn't land on and kill Brandon Knight, the kids celebrating in the stands and Blake on the bench -- the call is great "THE LOB ... THE JAM!" and Deandre's face afterwards ... fittingly, this is the pinnacle of "Lob City" but it was **** FUN while it lasted.
the video in case you weren't alive then:)
