Draymond Green just knocked the **** out of Nurkic

Just seeing this now. What in the living hell? This guy has become unhinged the last few seasons, he's always had this in him but he's getting worse every year. Stepping on guys, sucker punching teammates, choking out opponents and now full roundhouse punches.

I'm certainly no snowflake and I was a Bad Boys fan so I actively cheered on a team that did dirty stuff a lot but this is like next level **** from this guy. These are criminal acts he's doing at this point, the league needs to nut up and do something about this.

Should be 10+ games. Metta World Peace got 7 games, although I believe that was the end of the regular season (and wrapped around to the start of the next season?)

He shouldnt but it always surprises me what Silver responds to publicly and how sensitive he is to any public criticism. Stern could care less what any national pundit/talking head or any player has to say. The only player(s)whose opinion Stern cared about were Magic and Jordan. Stern cared more about the NBA’s image for casual middle America in relation to money.

It’s quite obnoxious how guys who are fringe starters like Dillon Brooks and Draymond Green have so much power over the headlines of this league. Guys who shoot off their mouth and act violently promote the league in no good way.

Just banish Green already. Ditch Kerr too.

He can't control his body it was clear with the ball kicking and it's even worse with his decline. Imagine him being late with his rim protection or vicious rotations. He's already been poking eyes with his declining vertical

Adam Silver should be pissed at the Warriors inability to get through to Draymonds had after so many incidents.

I think in addition to suspending him you start fining their organization.

That's actually vicious. People don't realize how strong these players are, especially Draymond. Dude is a tank, if the punch had landed, this could've been a pretty nasty situation. This deserves a 50 game suspension, Draymond didn't even ask to fight, it was a sucker punch. He needs professional help.

You can kind of see him making a fist. This is straight up assault at a work place. Nurkic should be calling his lawyer. Draymond should be sued. This is clown behaviour.

Anything less than 20 games is unnecessarily lenient. We've moved way beyond excuses at this point, he's an active danger to others on the court and needs to be sat down for a long time. How long does the league wait? Until he seriously injures a guy? This wasn't even something that could be blamed on heat of the moment.

Honestly if it were my decision alone he'd get the rest of the season off without pay.

This. Instead guys come to them mic and say weak sauce and then do nothing. The appropriate response at this point is to say it will get handled. Leave it at that. Next time you play, put him on his ass and stand over him and tell him you’ll do it again if needed. Nothing super dirty. Keep it a basketball play. Just put extra sauce on the body contact and send him flying.

They are. Just unprovoked, repeated violence. It's assault. As an attorney, Silver has to see the liability here.

So all the coddling and protecting and ignoring GSW warriors have done over the past decade is finally going to torpedo their whole team. Good. Signing that ass hat to a 4 year contract was a terrible decision. He is untradeable at this point for basketball reasons alone. Given who he is, I think they would have to attach 2 first round picks to get rid of him. They aren't stupid enough to do that considering they should be going into full rebuild mode so enjoy this clown on your bench for 4 seasons.

Their only chance is if he gets banned from the league and his contract is voided. I doubt that happens but that's literally their only chance to move forward on a productive rebuild.
