The current 10 seed is Toronto, sporting a losing record.
To make the play-ins it looks like the Magic only need a 50/50 record at season's end. Which is a 25-34 (42% win rate) in the remaining games.

To be in the 6-seed or higher is an interesting race. There is a cluster of teams that are hovering around a 56-59% win rate. So finishing at a 60% win rate nearly assures the Magic at at least the 6-seed.
That is a concluding 49-33 record. Orlando must go 33-26 (56% win rate) to finish in this "guaranteed" playoff-direct position.

If the Magic keep with is current about-70% win rate, Orlando will be a top-4 seed. And could be a 60 win team if some wins fall in to place (example: split the Boston road "series").
