Darden and Publix are both based here.

Or it could be a company with a big Orlando presence although not headquartered in Florida, like Disney or Lockheed.

As some have said, Advent Health is also a possibility.

I heard from a neighbor who works at Advent that they are having a big event on the lawn at the Rollins location in the new few days. Most likely Christmas thing but I guess it is possible it is a naming announcement event.
