After trampolining off of Sabonis chest, he should've been suspended for more than 1 game against the Kings in playoffs round 1.

I am not trying to defend his rendition of Stomp of the Yard, but that 1 game suspension was massive. The Kings were up 2-0 heading back to Golden State to potentially but the nail the coffin. If it wasn't for Looney turning into Moses Malone they probably would have lost instead of extending it to 7 where Steph went nuts.

His post game comments were horrendous. I can see why Silver took the approach of an indefinite suspension. Given his history, him and Dumars can't afford to to take this lightly. Especially given the fact that this his 3rd insane physical alteration within the last 2 years. A majority of NBA guys go an entire career without getting into something like this even once.

Stomping on a guys chest is just a terrible thing to do, 1 game is nothing. Should've been 3-4 games or the whole series.

Maybe he would've learned his lesson. League needs to be very harsh with this, dude has had like 5 incidents in a year. Poole, Sabonis, Gobert, Nurkic...I'm sure I'm missing something.

The fact that he got nothing from the Poole punch just gave this guy a green light.

Like I said stomping on his chest is terrible, but given the circumstance of Sabonis falling and then grabbing his leg you can see why it wasn't as bad as the last 3 incidents. If you think 1 playoff game is nothing, than why is Draymond still getting blamed for 2016 even though he was their best player in game 7?

The Poole incident was different since it happened in a private team setting. The NBA passed the buck onto the Warriors to deliver punishment and they decided to go light on him with the championship ceremony. You can't even fault the league for doing so considering they were the defending champions.

But 20 feels kinda harsh when Miles Bridges got 30 games for literally beating his wife to a pulp in front of his child. Bridges really should have gotten a lifetime ban, man.

That didn't happen on the court if I'm not mistaken. The two things aren't related in the slightest.

Am I evil for kind of hoping he only gets 5 games just because I want to see what stupid stunt he'll pull next?

Would you still be in favor if his first game back was against DAL against Lively?

I'd almost like to see the league punish the Warriors by taking away a first round pick as well. Golden State hasn't done anything to stop Draymond's conduct because they've benefitted from it.

Everyone is too harsh on Green. It is the first time ever he hit Nurkic in the face.

Well deserved but I don't think the focus should be "Green is in need of help"

No **** he needs help. This guy is a damn lunatic that goes around knocking out his teammates, punching people, kicking people in the nuts, choking people, shoving people, wwe style slamming players... he is a danger to the rest of the NBA and needs to lose serious $$ and time over this.

Dunleavy saying the Warriors have done a good job of helping Draymond in the past with these issues is one of the most absurd things I've ever heard a GM actually say.

Could just be a public declaration that the team has done its part. A check mark along the checks and balances that puts the onus squarely where it belongs, on Green.

Could be, but still just not a great things to say based off the optics, which pretty much shows the Warriors excusing this behavior over and over again.
