I'll go ahead and make a sig bet that Mikal is better by RPM this year than Zach.

I’m getting 2004 Bulls vibes. Not in terms of style but in terms of growing confidence and a dramatic turnaround to the season.

If Zach is going to be gone no matter what, let’s get someone who fits in and can help now. Jacquez and Reaves both fit the bill.

I was only able to watch the last 6 minutes of the 4th quarter, but how the hell did Ayo score 20+ points. I'm going to have to go back and watch the highlights.

Our new shooting coach might be the MVP of the season.

I can see that, yea. Not quite the baby bulls but at least they are playing (and winning) with mostly kids. Demar and Vuc are doing enough, but it's so much fun seeing White turn into a star and Ayo and Pat contribute in their own ways.

I thought Pat played a helluva defensive game, he still has no real instincts for rebounding or offensive positioning, but when he plays hard for 35 minutes he can affect the game with his defense. Especially on a team that has Vuc and Demar he has to cover a lot of ground.

Ayo, I shat all over him the other day but man he came up big tonight. Did a bit of everything. This type of game suits him so much better than how we played with Zach. More space, more pace.

I thought BD did a good job with the lineups tonight. He made sure he had the best guys ready and rested to play 8 hard minutes to close it out.

I don't think there is any chance Coby is just having a good month. He's just become the best player he's ever been.

I'm not. Sorry Zach, but I don't want to change these vibes. We need to just cash out for whatever he can get and move on.

Seems like Coby had another great game. Because it's the Bulls, I always wonder if he's in a FebuLauri situation. I'm just waiting for a down game from him, but he keeps delivering and getting better. Might have to buy my first Bulls jersey since Hinrich (not a jersey guy) lol.

This team is finally fun to watch again. Even in the two previous losses, they were engaged and moving the ball. Thats the kind of basketball that is fun to see. Isoball was so boring to watch so this has been a breath of fresh air.

Agree this has that same 2004 vibe. Fun team with solid young talent playing hard. But this team can be better than that 2004 team. I feel this team for the last 8 games have shown they have more going for them than the 2004 team. But I love that 2004 team.

Didn't catch the game. Why so few minutes for Caruso and Craig?

You might not realize this but great players have bad games. Also Lauri is a star now. It just took him longer than expected to get there.

AC hurt his ankle again after an amazing 5 minutes of hooping (oof) and Craig just wasn't needed. Ayo was playing great and so was White.

Coby and Ayo are on a super bargain contract. This is good also because it's leverage for Pat's contract negotiation. He's not outperforming this too by wide margin, certainly nowhere close to where Coby is today. He should be happy getting the same contract as Coby.

I'd just tell pat to keep playing hard in bulls wins more often than not and things will all work out for him here.
