So jay glazer said desai was moved out from DC

Rappaport said desai is moving to the booth and is relaying play calls to Patricia who’s then relaying them to the green dot

Craziness

Did rapoport really say that? That makes no sense. If they just wanted desai in the booth, why can’t they just have him call in the plays from the booth like Quinn does for the cowboys? Also, telling somebody else the play and then them telling the green dot the play and then the green dot telling the rest of the defense the play sounds like it might take a little more time than necessary. Seems like a clusterfu#k

I think rapoport was just given the eagles scoop which is probably a nice in season demotion story versus the glazer story which is probably the truth

None of this is a good sign lol but I guess we’ll have to wait and see how it actually plays out. Their 10-3 so I’m not going to give up

It’s odd. It’s not really a lurie/roseman move to do things mid season. I wonder if desai wasn’t giving good answers to the “how we going to fix this” questions

I will say on a conspiracy level. Bringing in Patricia as a consultant was always strange. They did it the moment they hired desai. So to me that says that desai was always a risky hire in their eyes. Young guy that they were looking to develop. I don’t know why else you’d bring in Patricia who you move onto. It’s almost like he was brought in as a contingency plan

Yeah always seemed like from the beginning they had somewhat of a leash on desai for lack of a better word.

So if both the Eagles and the Cowboys end up with the same record it should come down to the 5th tie breaker correct?

If both teams win out then the eagles win the division because they’ve beaten tougher opponents

But if the eagles lose a game to the giants and cowboys win 2/3 then cowboys win on division record as long as that one loss isn’t Washington

Even if the Cowboys win out against the Dolphins, Lions, and Washington?

Yes

If the cowboys win their last two games then the eagles must win their last 3 games. Even an Arizona loss would give the cowboys the tiebreaker.

Eagles better watch out for Tommy DeVito. The Giants are primed to play spoiler.

Spoiler? They’ve lost 3 in a row and have played unbelievably terrible

Yea but the Eagles are still in contention for the NFC East crown and the #2 seed. That guarantees home field unless they have to face the Niners.

Whether at home or on the road this current iteration will get smacked

Until something changes things are already spoiled

I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if the eagles lose out. There’s too many issues and not enough solutions

Well yeah because the cowboys would have a better conference record. All of the eagles last 3 games are inside the conference. Cowboys just need to beat Washington because division tie breaker comes before conference if both teams only win 2 from here on out. So in a scenario where the eagles lose to Arizona and sweep the giants and the cowboys beat Miami and Detroit but lose to Washington, eagles win the division.

Not a solution but I saw a tweet suggest this. Eagles have to either bench Bradberry or put him in the slot

Eagles need to start ringo and ricks until slay is back

Ringo and ricks will make mistakes but so is bradberry lol

Ringo and ricks will get beat but so is bradberry, and tbh the deep speed is something ringo and ricks actually have. Bradberry no longer does. Put him at slot

I'm thinking the Cowboys defeat the dolphins this weekend. The dolphins offensive line can't block and it would seem the cowboys would want to knock the memory of last week off their back

It’ll be an absolute choke job if the cowboys don’t win. The dolphins are missing so many players. Almost everybody is injured including their entire OL..lol

I wonder if certain cowboys fans will bring up the dolphins injuries if the cowboys win like they did when the eagles played them and won

Aside from Miami's injuries, Dallas should win that anyway. There is always a huge Dallas following at all games anywhere in Florida, they do not have the home field advantage that Buffalo has. Buffalo fans hate Dallas to the core because of the 90s.

They are also one of the few teams that has had an easier schedule than Dallas.

Assuming Tyreek plays, and I am sure he will, he is going to get his, I am sure he'll have 100+ yards and TD or 2. But I do not think it will be enough.

Probably not. But they will probably brag about finally beating an above .400 team on the road. Or if they lose, REFFFFSSS!!!

The Dolphins are a .700 team and why wouldn't we brag about winning that game? That would show us a lot, so yeah, we'd be happy about it.
