Yeah I think I cleared out act one pretty well. I do kind of hate that i went rogue though.
Did the same thing and missed Karlac and Will 1st playthrough but if your unhappy with you class Withers is a thing so just change it.

In all seriousness the amount of content you can miss out on or unlock depending on your choices is disgustingly amazing

Hope so. I built in late 2020 and would like to maybe make it to mid 2025 before I go on a big spending spree.

Enjoying BG3. Don't love it yet. It isn't something I sit down and play marathon sessions, or even really more than 20 minute spurts. I play it for a little bit, learn a little more, explore a little, have an encounter, usually put it away for the night and watch a movie or some sports. Maybe pick it back up for another 20 minutes a couple hours later.

I do feel like I'm getting a better handle on it each time I pick it up though. Hopefully by Act II I'll have a better idea about all I can do.

The movement is too clunky for me to really drop hours and hours into at one time for me. Ill probably just restart here as I finished act one but just dont love my build and dont wanna just withers my way out of it.

About to start the Valhalla DLC for GoW Ragnarok but I still have yet to beat Gná. I’m on Give Me No Mercy and she’s completely destroying me lol. Maybe I should go warm up against some normal enemies and relearn the mechanics…jumping back in after like a year away from the game and immediately facing (arguably) the most difficult boss in the game was probs not a good idea lol.

I save-scummed and had a great experience. I might play the game again, I might not. But I was able to see different outcomes and I liked doing certain battles a couple times. BG3 is the exact type of RPG where you can play it anyway you want and be happy.

That being said, if I do a second playthrough I will not save scum as I did the first time and "roll" with the consequences, because that is the true spirit of D&D.

I don't know if anyone here plays M&B: Bannerlord, but consoles finally got a huge update that fixes a ton (factions no longer linger, improved UI, tons of bug fixes) as well as cheats. End-game is actually bearable now. Here's hoping we finally get some sort of console mod support next.

BG3 should have a, "I'm just gonna save scum anyway" button and let you get the roll.

Hey guys hoping maybe someone can push me the right direction. In the market for a new laptop. Primary uses of laptop are basic word/excel type stuff and some playing around in photoshop. Seems to be some budget priced laptops that may be capable of gaming but I don’t really know PC specs. We have an xbox with the ultimate game pass or whatever it is that would allow for games to be played on PC so it has had me contemplating doing just that. I know laptops aren’t as powerful as a desktop, I get that but again this would be more an added bonus beyond my everyday uses. I’ve kind of browsed things within the 1k range and I really don’t know whats good for the price or not good or what I should value more hoping someone could help me out. Feel free to suggest something not listed below.

My extent of knowledge is plug it in, turn it on install, basic troubleshoot, use. lol

I was in a similar situation with you, I wanted a new laptop mostly for work (so it shouldn't look like something an RGB unicorn puked all over it) , but also capable of some gaming, as I already had game pass on Xbox. I went with Lenovo Legion, and no regrets. At least here in Germany they also have great support.

From your site something like this : https://www.bestbuy.com/site/lenovo-legion-slim-5-16-gaming-laptop-wuxga-ryzen-5-7640hs-with-16gb-memory-nvidia-geforce-rtx-4060-8gb-512gb-ssd-storm-grey/6534469.p?skuId=6534469
but I am pretty sure you can find a good offer somwhere with Ryzen 7 at your price range

All of those are good options, save for the MSI. Just not worth it to spend that much and get a 4050 when a 60 or 70 is $100-200 more. All will game just fine, you might find the ASUS Tuf is slightly better only because the 4070. It has last gen CPU, which to me doesn't matter much. I'd go the ASUS or the Legion, the Legion only because I'm partial to the Ryzen line of CPUs now.

I'm not huge on SSD size either, outside of games I put mostly everything on the cloud.

Anyone play Death Must Die? It’s in early access but I’ve read it’s a mix of Vampire Survivors + Hades + Diablo

Has anyone here who's played Cyberpunk from the beginning and from Phantom Liberty give an opinion on whether it's better to start from the beginning or from PL? I finished it when it came out. Played a lot of it last summer over again. Now I installed PL and they recommend starting over. I like the game a lot so if I have to I'll do it, but I'm wondering if there's really any reason to instead of just jumping into into PL content.
