i've seen at the very least 2 clear challenge situations that mose just let go....our margin or error is really small, we can't afford to be giving away possessions or free points....reminds me of that atlanta game in mexico where we lost by 1 point when we left points on the table at the Freethrow line...every point matters

There's a specific guy for that. He was solid earlier this year but lately...
The supposed 3rd foul on PB is the one I'm most frustrated about since he didn't foul him at all and Franz had all ball.

Why? Because he missed couple of 3s? Then we are the worst team in nba. He is playing ok tonight, just cant shoot from distance.. like everyone else
He's 42/32 on the year and playing 21 minutes.. and most of those big games were earlier this year.

He is just so young, this wouldn't be a problem if the team wasn't winning.

The real issue yet again is shooting.. guys.. you can't win in the NBA with 5 three pointers made a game, you have to play perfect in every other facet.

Also if you bring a "pg" in it's going to revert to Paolo and Franz dribbling the ball on the perimeter a lot of the time. A player isn't going to get any easy buckets doing that. They should run Franz off of down screens curling to the paint and Paolo should get the ball on the elbow more often.

Lol. Mose is not a dictator or something. He lets players do whatever they want for better or worse.

Not a bad 1st half but we are doing stupid "young team" errors again. We need to be quicker with our actions and not dribble the air out of the basketball.
The defense has been solid and we're not turning the ball over which has allowed us to compete tonight.

It’s definitely one our biggest problems but it’s not the only one. That said, on the shooting front, I’m more annoyed that everyone outside of Cole and Mo are hesitant to let it rip. Teams are just daring us to shoot and we’re too afraid to walk into open 3’s like every team does against us when we slip up and give them room.

Yeah that and Paolo needs to play better. I wish Black could provide something.

The other issue with Paolo dribbling the ball a lot is that he attacks defenders laterally (he bounces side to side) whereas a guy like Giannis attacks defenders going downhill (one move quick first step gets him into his sweet spot). The game would be a lot easier for Paolo if he made his decisions quicker (one move use his strength).

So you think the lotto-talent PG (that isn’t a great shooter) is choosing to ALWAYS sit in a corner and not run any plays?

I was commenting the game that currently is going on, not his season and he is doing okaish so far.
And of course right now he is playing because Suggs and Ingles are injured.

You can think that if you want but it isn't true. The players run to specific spots on the floor and aren't allowed to move from those spots unless certain actions take place. Different players run to different spots. Suggs and Black are instructed to by the coach to run to the corners. All you have to do is watch the game.. I shouldn't have to explain this.

Most offensive schemes are similar and have people on the corners so the floor is workable for the other guys. The problem is, most other teams have shooters there.. we don't have those luxuries.
Hard to win with a rookie.. rookie PG is the hardest thing to learn.

This is an extremely common NBA offensive play.. you know that, right?
