It's normal to keep tabs on other contenders. But after last year I'm more worried about whoever we'll face in first round and that won't be Boston.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Some of that is how helpless the Knicks are at containing Giannis and Dame. Most teams struggle keeping them from the rim but the Knicks are REALLY bad at it. So they spend the entire game in rotation and the Bucks threes are mostly wide open corner threes.

Beas doesn’t hesitate the way Grayson does. If someone is closing out hard on Beas, he just pump fakes and relocates. Grayson freezes while thinking about what to do then tries to drive once the guy has finished closing out.
As an added bonus, Beas doesn’t have the baggage Grayson does.

NBA says no as the Bucks don’t have Bird rights and the Bucks are second apron so they can’t even use the TPMLE.
Best the Bucks offer him is a 20% raise. Some other team gets the privilege of paying him and finding out for a second time that you don’t want to be the team giving him a big contract.
Great on his current sniper role but don’t count on him creating anything for himself or others. And shooting percentage will decrease when he isn’t getting mainly wide open corner threes.

I’ve really liked Beasley but let’s at least wait until the playoffs to see how he does before asking for an extension

If he's worth anything over the minimum, than he'd have trade value, and we could combine those assets with the few we have to get what we actually need.

Beas could average 20/8/7 shoot 45% from 3 n shootingtheJ would still rip on him AJJ or marjon could average 5/3/3 n shootingtheJ would call them untouchable dont think theres anything beas could do that would make that man happy

Not one mention of defense here, the thing this team desperately needs to be a true contender, yet I'm somehow being unfair.
It's also laughable to post a potential stat line for Beas that includes 7 assists from Beas. He needs 6 games to get that many.

When Malik Beasley takes three steps while possessing the ball but does not take a dribble that is when I say Beasus walks feel free to use, no big deal.

Not many SGs are good defenders. Most are offensive minded. I remember people talking about trading for Collin Sexton. Beasley is playing much better than Sexton and Beasley is on a minimum deal. You want Kris Dunn who is much worse than Beasley. So who exactly are you looking to get? Caruso would be great, but how are you getting him?
Currently, Beasley's net rating is behind only Giannis and Middleton on the team, so why do you want to get rid of a piece that is helping the team and actually fits into what they are doing. The front office made the decision to get worse on defense to get better on offense and that is what they have done. Denver won last year with a middle of the road defense and a top five offense. The league has changed.

So you'd dump a successful signing, one we've been tryin to get done since long before bryn forbes, PLUS provide mass burn for Lindell. K
If they can keep him for what they can pay, they will.

Is there any doubt that they need an on ball defender?

Beas slander should be a bannable offense. He’s been a very good signing.

This isn't Bud's defense. They don't play a lot of man defense. They switch it up or go to zone. I would love to have 5 defenders who could all shoot but that isn't possible. Beside you could have the best defender in the world and he is still going to get lit up by a better offensive player. (See Holiday vs. Butler)

Denver finally won it last year when they added Bruce Brown to defend somebody.
As for Dunn, he's not just a better defender, he's a better ball handler, better playmaker, and he can also shoot it now. Dunn hit 47% from 3 last night, while Beasley hit 35%. Yes, Beasley is outshooting him this year and is probably a better shooter, but that his only skill. In 2020, Dunn received 4 votes for 1st team All Defense, and 23 votes for 2nd team.

You complain that Beasley is going to regress but you don't think Dunn is going to regress? Dunn is a career 31% 3pt shooter. Beasley has a better defensive rating than Dunn this year. The Bucks don't need another playmaker. They need a role player that can hit open 3s which is what Beasley is doing.
