I don’t really care much either way, but watching guys like lofton -who has actual basketball skill, touch around the basket and a nose for the ball - get waived, makes me hate achiuwa even more.

It makes me hate the Temple signing. Even the McDaniels signing. I didn't hate that one at the time, but wow, where did his shot go?

That's the thing, he never had a shot. People were just looking at a 30 shot sample size with Philly and thinking he could shoot. He had a single season of 38% shooting, with only 108 attempts, definitely not enough to assume it would continue.

His college stats of 30% on 94 shots is also a small sample size, but it fits in a lot more with the rest of his career. He's just not a shooter, never has been.
