On paper without embiid this team doesn't look very scary. But we know how that works with the magic ( ala heat game). Maxey had a pedestrian game against the heat on x mas day, so look for an explosion from him.

For me it will always come down to the small stuff- offensive glass, turnovers, second chance points, 50/50 balls, leaving open shooters, etc. They do control stuff like that they will give themselves a chance to win. The game is very winnable just can't lay another stinker like the heat game. Go magic

The most important matchup is Suggs vs Maxey

If Suggs straps up Maxey, this should be a win

If not, we might have a long night ahead of us. Best believe Nurse is going to try everything in his control to get Maxey different looks so he doesnt do as bad as he did against Miami

Lets hope we take some of the offensive momentum from the last game

They small...who is going to slow Franz and Paolo going to the rim? I could see Goga having an impact on the offensive boards - if we go that way. Suggs and/or AB just need to keep Maxey and Oubre (he's scary too) from a ridiculous scoring night.

This is the kinda game where starting Goga could be really helpful for the reasons you stated. Maybe Coach Mose starts him over WCJ since its a B2B?

This is probably more of a trap game for us then Washington. A win here really helps towards ending the month 500.

I'm tapping into my inner Oracle and calling a Magic win. I'll be at the game cheering hard for our 3rd win in a row.

Bamba said he was going to go to Suggs' mom's house as soon as he got off the plane. He was here 5 years, and that's probably the longest he ever lived in one city.

We could also play some with Goga and Moe.

Okeke has been hot garbage in his minutes this year. He shouldnt play at all.

Rather they play Moe at the 4 and Goga backup center. But I would like to see Jett too

And-1

So: some (terrifying) stats.

The Sixers lead the league in points differential.
They are 8th in rebounding differential
Also 8th in FG% differential (my favorite stat)
And 3rd in 3-ball FG% differential

An odd one: 4th in FT% differential (should that even be a stat???)
** because they lead the league in FTA per game, and made FTs per game). **
That is: the team that gets to the line the most is also the team with the 2nd highest FT% rate. WOW!

And a painful one for a TO prone team like Orlando, the SIxers lead the league in steals per game.

In conclusion: bet the over that this game will have at least 40 total FTs attempted between the teams.

And finally: JUST WIN!
