The gap between Schroder running the bench versus Flynn is enormous.

I would love to kick Flynn to the curb if Barnes can start at PG against a real team and then have Dennis off the bench, which would be great. Flynn has always sucked. I am not sure why he has been given so mnay chances.

Won every quarter convincingly. Yeah yeah the Wiz suck, but that was a professional effort. No random hot shooting night or anything like that. We just executed all game.

I think removing Aichuwa had a huge impact too. They replaced him with Porter who's one of the smarter guys on the team. The McDaniels thing made no sense, but maybe Darko has been told he doesn't have to develop Aichuwa and Flynn anymore. McDaniels at least doesn't play selfish like Aichuwa.

This is what unselfish basketball looks like. First game all season we truly saw it.

Barnes / Dennis
Trent / Otto
OG / McDaniels
Siakam / Boucher
Precious / Poeltl

Siakam was feasting when Poeltl was on bench probably cuz of better spacing, and I think Jak would be better off bench with Dennis.

I liked that Darko made the lineup change.

Reward Achiuwa bad play with starting role is a strange one

I get what you're saying but I think he plays better with the starters.

Interesting observations

- Scottie’s usage seemed really high without Dennis starting. He may take it up a notch if we commit to Dennis off the bench, which is pretty crazy

- no Flynn or Precious. Daniels and Porter in. Boucher remained. To me, seems like this was a call from Masai and Bobby identifying who they think the dead weight is and who to focus on playing since Darko was struggling to figure that out

- probably not out of the norm in todays NBA, but seeing Yak subbed out for Dennis was interesting. Like he really doesn’t seem to be a key cog to this team anymore and we need guardplay more then whatever big man stuff he does

There are only 2 teams in the league that rank in the top 6 in offensive and defensive efficiency: the Golden State Warriors and the Toronto Raptors.

Darko lost , never seen a coach take this long to make adjustments on things clearly not working

The raps are a mid team we all know that and they aint winning anything this year

but the goal from the start should have been to focus on Scottie Siakam OG trio and give them every opportunity to play well together and let the others support. Even if there was doubts on that trio and there clearly was which is valid, it didnt matter, his job was to make that work. The guy had it backwards with schroder and the bench. good riddance

He basically went back to the nick nurse formula with offensive rebounding and transition too.

Achiuwa should be packaged in deals at the deadline. We can do without him.

I've seen enough. No more Schroeder in the starting lineup. Flynn, precious, dick, McDaniels permanent dnpcds

Love the defense from him as well.

He gets stuck at the FT like when driving, needs to develop a rip through, a euro, and a lil pull up.

Looks like it was a mediocre scoring game from Barnes today.

ya, it looks like raps have thrown development out the window now
Gradey, Malachi, and Precious all riding the pine....they can't afford to lose any winnable games

personally i'm team tank and team sell-off

Bring in Jontay Porter and try him instead of Precious?
