Should probably look at moving Porter for some value if such a deal is available but other than that, I don't expect much. Probably for the better anyways - we'll need some money to throw at Quickley in the offseason.

Ridiculous that Thaddeus' $8 million option was picked up. Could've not raised ticket prices with that money.

Sigh.

Confused seems to be the general consensus with our management's decisions over the past 5 years, unfortunately

Let them expire. It's absurd that we are paying them now for nothing.

Teams in the past want to get out of a bad deal and package pick for expiring. Might as well try that.

Not that many "bad" deals anymore. Trade for Lonzo and a 2nd pick for Flynn, Thaddeus and Otto, so Chicago tries to compete this season?

Why give up your salary space for Lonzo Ball?

What a job - collecting 8M to be a potential salary ballast in a trade

He might be a viable backup PG like DRose.

ikr. Nothing in the last two seasons convinces me that Masai and Bobby will successfully use these contracts, if extended, as trade ballast. It seems more likely that they will be extended and we just sit on them.

Honestly, either other GMs are tired of dealing with Masai, Masai has lost his magic, or a combo of both. Whatever, at this rate, we will never be contenders again. Just playin candidates.

Google "second apron". They can at least bring back a slightly better asset on a longer contract, or a second rounder or two.

The teams that are at the second apron are title contenders, they aren't going to give away a rotation player for garbage.
Is a second round pick from the clippers even worth it? I don't care if we get a pick in the 50s or let these expire, it makes no difference.
