doing well in what context? doing well for g-league players means making the main roster and getting minutes. all these guys are doing is playing better in the g-league.

imho, if you can 1 person from your g-league to make an nba rotation, it should be considered a success. not many teams can say that. our lone g-league guy that made it was fred. while pascal + delon + norm + yak spent time down there, they were drafted by us so they aren't g-league products. fred wasn't drafted and was developed in the g-league and considering where he is today - he's a major g-league success story.

This doesn't really make sense. I'd argue Pascal's development was aided by G-League more so than Fred. Pascal lead them to a championship.

i'm not discounting g-league as a source for development but i have a distinction between g-league players and nba players that had guaranteed nba contracts who spent time in the g-league.

Ok, but then you basically have a better chance of winning lotto 649. FVV success is so incredibly rare that Masai and co. have already hit 1000 even if they were never to develop another undrafted player for the remainder of their life.

Let's see what Lewis does today. About 5 homes to end the month of January. This was his last game. Not sure how good he is but I really just can't stand Schroder

Lewis with a stinker of a stat line. Maybe we can waive him and sign Porter full time.

I watched the game. He is very quick and set up open shots for teammates that they missed. Also looked good on D. He missed shot but was also asked to play off ball because he often shared the court with Nowell.
I like him as a prospect. There is no o benefit to converting Jontay since he has a lot of service time available on his two-way. Just leave him on that. Cutting Lewis would be a bad idea, I think he can be good still. Once/if we move Dennis, he’ll get his opportunity.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

So he looks like completely recovered from his torn ACL?

I can’t speak to how he looked before his injury but it was a couple years ago. I don’t think that’s the issue with him. Will he shoot it. That is basically it for him. Otherwise a good prospect. I don’t really see why he is any different from Jaden Ivey in that regard.
