Why would you want Siakam of all people.

Rental… vet that can score, rebound, and defend the elite wings we will face in playoffs better than anyone currently on the roster. If any combination of Pat, Bobby, MarJon or Ajax and that 2nd get it done Id pull the trigger

Think the idea would be Brook + Pat + Marjon and all the 2nd's for Siakam, but I'm not sure why that would interest Toronto.

Middleton and Pat for Siakam works. Doubt the Raptors want that, but moving Middleton instead of Brook makes more sense. Not sure I would want to do it either, but it makes our defense better and replaces Khris' production.

What is the thought behind trading Middleton for Siakam who plays the same position as Giannis?

Bored.

Pat, Rolo to LAC
Marjon, Jaylin Williams to WAS
Bobby, Cam Payne to OKC
Poku, some OKC 1st to POR
Thybulle, Wright, PJ, 2 2nds from LAC to MIL

Dame / Wright
Thybulle / Beasley / Green
Khris / AJJ
Giannis / Crowder
Brook / PJ

Add some defensive versatility. Couple roster spots to try and fill some holes. 3 2nds in next years draft.

Bored.

No offense, but proposed trades that have zero possibility of happening are boring.

Sorry, proceed with the totally realistic trades on this totally real NBA bartering message board.

Your proposed trade has zero chance of happening, but you're right that there are probably no realistic trades out there of any significance. It's why I don't propose them.

Trading Bobby isn't realistic because it would open a huge hole on the bench in scoring and rebounding, let alone team chemistry.

Trading PC will yield you very little and I've pointed out why his ties to ownership make that unlikely.

Cool dude and 3 months ago we weren't trading Jrue and weren't even in the discussion for Dame.

Bobby for a defensive wing and Pat/Marjon for some depth is totally out of the realm of possibility my bad.

If Toronto trades Pascal Siakam I could see them valuing Bobby.

Really not sure how I’d feel about something like this but here’s a framework combining trade rumors:

Bucks trade: Bobby, Pat, Portland 2nd
Bucks receive: D’Aendre Hunter (is he good tho?)

Raptors trade: Siakam
Raptors receive: DeJounte Murray, Bobby, Pat

Hawks trade: Murray
Hawks receive: Siakam, Portland 2nd

Siakam is a terrible fit with Giannis. Like having real issues thinking of a worse borderline all-star to pair with him

Horst, if you're listening, this is all you need to do:

On Jan 15th, at the strike of midnight, trade Pat and Marjon for Herb Jones.

We gotta make something happen and Bobby is the main expendable guy with some value

Guess I was thinking he has a better chance at defending a SF than Khris, but might be wrong.

Trading Bobby seriously depletes our front court depth , unless you are getting back another big back , but it seems most trades involving Bob are for a defensive wing , which doesn't make sense! Bobby's salary works for us, scoring off the bench and a team leader!

Not sure I get the eagerness to move our best bench player and our best (only?) bench big.

To get someone who would be our best and only wing defender.
