Why isn't Spolestra playing Jović more?
He has had a decent run for Serbia in FIBA, he has played like 5 games this season. his always a positive, what gives?

He's still young at 20y and makes many mistakes on the defensive end, you don't usually see any 20y olds getting playing time on win now teams.
When he got playing time his biggest problem was commiting too many fouls in particular (2.8 PFs per 13mins).
Part of it is not getting any respect from the refs (drew clear charge vs Curry and Heat had to challenge the call, because refs called a block), part of it is lack of experience.
When Spo talked about him, he said he is making progress behind the scenes and likes where he is heading.
Jimmy likes him and has taken him under his wing, thats important.
He's just not ready and Heat won't rush it with him. He'll get some playing time in the GLeague or when Heat are short handed.

I definitely agree he doesn’t get the calls, I was watching the game yesterday against the Jazz, he should’ve played.
