Trent Jr. ... 26.0 minutes per game
Quickley ... 24.0 minutes per game

I mean, the list of good players at any position in this team's history is a short one.

Maxey is playing as the starters, IQ played most of the time against backups. Those numbers does not show the whole picture.
Except as a starter last year in 21 games, he put up 23 ppg on 47% from the field and 40% from 3.

He's been good regardless of role.

23/5/5 on 61% TS as a starter last year. Can't find much negative about him.

His efficiency seems to rise when he plays more minutes except when he has to play 40+ and gets tired.

Here his stats by season when he plays 30-39 minutes:
2020/21: 4 games, 20/4/4, 59% TS
2021/22: 12 games, 17/5/5, 59% TS
2022/23: 23 games, 20/4/4, 64% TS
This season only one game above 30 minutes but 27/6/4 on 67% TS in that game.

That evens out to 19/4/4 on 62% TS in 40 of those career games so far.

Quickley actually plays a lot better with more minutes than less minutes and makes for the perfect lead guard for Toronto.

With IQ bombing 3s from deep & playing with so much passion, I can see him quickley becoming a fan favorite.

I really believe he's going to end being up better than Garland and closer to Maxey in terms of level of player, such a fantastic steal.

Kentucky guards don't miss. That pipeline is for real. And we finally got one ourselves.

I think he's already good enough to become the second best PG this team has ever had, he is that good, we will start to see that from day 1.

The surprising thing I’ve read about Quickley is that he’s a great defender. We gut a two way player with a ton of upside.

IQ seems more talkative than the other guys.
Organization can be defined as an organized body of people with a particular purpose. Not random.

we need that, hopefully it translates on the court. communication is one of this teams biggest issues.
