We still have 16 other guys on the roster. As excited as we are for Quickley and Barrett, you gotta think about the rest of your roster and managing relationships and morale on the team. If Quickley and Barrett are as good as we hope they will be here, they should make it quite clear quite fast they deserve the starting spot.
