The constant pumpfaking needs to stop. It shows a lot of hesitation. He's doing it in the G-League too. In terms of being where he needs to be and hustling, he has that covered.

He will most likely be better next season. It's very clear he needs to add strength. Everything he does seems like it lacks strength. He's soft on the ball a lot.

The hardcore cope on Gradey hasn't been seen in these parts since Bargnani. We're so desperate for any positive signs that we'll cling onto anything just to give us hope. I'm not saying he's a bust, but have you ever seen a player with his draft pedigree suck this bad early on who eventually turn into a star? When you can't even succeed with your one bankable skill at the G League level, where you have scrubs dominating something is wrong.

William Lou has said many times that Gradey's shot is inconsistent. The NOAH system says his shot is off kilter, shifting off centre too often. Even Precious' shot was more consistent compared to Dick according to Will Lou.

This mental stuff fans are talking about is cope, his sling shot form is broken and isn't conducive to NBA distance 3 pt shooting. His shot from free throws and midrange shot are wet. It's the shooting form its got weird spin.

Hard to judge him at the gleague level you can tell he is trying to play the right way, while others are playing every man for themselves. He will thrive in a more organized game like the NBA but should just focus on getting stronger and skill work reps
