LOL. Cowherd is a clown who hates the Celtics. He knows JT is only 25, right? What was the context on why he's saying JT's championship window was closing?

Basically, "He couldn't beat the Warriors and that means everyone else is surpassing him because reasons" It's not a position he reasoned himself into, it's purely a narrative for the TV show or whatever.

Saw the video. LOL. He's basically saying Tatum's window is gone because this is Jokic's time right now, and in the next two years it will be SGA's, Luka's
and Wemby's time.

Last time i checked, basketball is a team sport. SGA, Luka and Wemby may become better, but will their teams be set up to be as good or better than the Celtics are now? That remains to be seen.

That's not a "remains to be seen" scenario.

Right now the core of JT, JB, KP, Jrue, and White will have a 6-year window.

So no, SGA, Luka, and Wemby will not have a supporting cast like what JT has.

Maybe beyond 2030.

Can't be too sure about that. Anything can happen, but that's a mighty big IF.

If it's a big wing, Oshae and Lamar are already on the Celtic bench.

I still believe it's another big man the Cs will eventually sign or acquire.

Definitely have to credit j brown for his nonstop aggressiveness in this game.. Some games he's out of control but I thought in this game he had controlled aggression..

What made it easier is Hali and Hield are so soft on defense.

As good as Hali is on offense, it's the opposite on defense.

JB sees Hali is on him and JB automatically attacks Hali and scores.

I like your point but I would be surprised if Jrue is playing in 6 years, but yeah Tatum and the rest will be solid for that long.

Yeah, Jrue might be on a bench role, like what Al is doing now, and most likely the last year of his contract in 2029-30.

The point is the Celtic owner made it clear, their budget is for a 6-year window.

Entering this game, the Pacers had the highest offensive rating in league history at 123.1.

The Celtics held them to their 2nd worst offensive performance of the season, an ORtg of 100.0. Their worst offensive performance? Came against the Celtics back in early November.

Cs came up with their best defensive performance (vs. UTA) and and their 6th best defensive performance (vs. IND) in back-to-back games.

They aren't always as effective as they were tonight but the Brissett minutes are always entertaining.

Their ball denial was terrific all night. And when he gets the ball, he rarely had space to launch. Then attacked him on offense over and over. JB might've scored half his points against him.

Tatum obviously. We might need to trade for some free throw shooting. Loved the Kornet "ice in the veins" moment.

Credit Joe for making this team play well on the 2nd night of a back to back.

This is the 3rd straight win on the 2nd night of a back to back?

Joe is not an elite coach, but I think he's good enough for the Cs to win a few chips.

Markkanen would NOT be able to do what Al did on defense for the Cs in this game.

100% agree with JT, don't take Al for granted.

Jayson Tatum reminding these bitches who he is.

Personally think he’s been coasting most of this season so far. We all saw him dominate most of last season. I expect him to turn it up the rest of the season moving forward especially with all the unnecessary hating he’s been getting.

Yeah, I wanted Hali so bad in that draft and hoped Brad would have found a way to trade up, but yeah he is lacking on the defensive end.
