Isn't this getting pretty awkward? especially after the Masai clip and the trade frenzy on Friday?

I'm now putting my money on Kaminga + Moody package as that could come together quickly

Are you talking about the same Moody thats racking up DNP’s and the Kuminga that got benched in the 2nd half?

We should trade our best scorer for them?

You're delusional if you're getting anything better than Moody for him lol

That Brooklyn proposal isn't good, especially if we're taking back Simmons with all his issues, injuries and bad contract... Clowney & Whitehead were picks in the 20's and have only touched the floor once or twice this season, so don't really know what you're getting.

Whitehead was a top high school recruit, unfortunately like OG he got injured in college, even though he played more than OG he was limited, also caused him to drop in the draft. Dude is talented, key is to buy low. Guys like won't get much burn on the Nets because of the depth of wings they have. Simmons is dead weight salary filler.

Its absolutely absurd that we would trade Siakam for a couple of late 1st round prospects. Get that idea out of your head right now.

We’re aiming for much higher. We got 2 starters for OG.

O.G isn't expiring in 4 months. You really have no clue what you're on about.

People didn’t think we could get Quickley for OG.

If Moody is the best you’re getting for Pascal then we just need to extend him. lol.

If you think OG is going to pick up his player option for next season you really have no clue what you’re on about.
9. Similarly, IF THOU HAST SPENT the entire offseason predicting that thy team will stink, thou shalt not gloat, nor even be happy, shouldst thou turn out to be correct. Realistic analysis is fine, but be a fan first, a smug smarty-pants second.

Extending Pascal is not the issue. The fact that we lack another serious 3PT threat is the problem. We could also use another defensive wing.

If Dick this season was able to put up 14-16 again hitting 2-3 threes we aren’t in the worst situation.

Do you mean to say if Dick was giving us 14-16 minutes a night? Or 14-16 PPG? Because there are only 3 rookies currently averaging over 14 PPG and all 3 of them are infinitely better than Dick, and always will be. Even Jaquez Jr isn't averaging that.

Having said that, I do agree with you in that if Dick was giving us anything, we are in a much better situation this season. Knowing that he's 2-3 years away, if he ever contributes at all, changes things slightly in terms of collecting young assets. He's only 20 so you don't want to use the B-word yet, but it IS on the table now given how bad he's looked.

I wonder if we will see that same ramp up tonight against GSW that we did the other night with SAC. I'd have to think Masai is meeting with GSW GM in person today to talk

Kuminga has to be coming the other way if we trade Siakim.

What about Klay Thompson, Jonathan Kuminga, Moses Moody and 2nd round draft pick(s) for Pascal Siakam, Otto Porter Jr. and Thaddeus Young? Works on the NBA trade tracker.

The Warriors are a joke. They overvalue their junk more than any other team in the league. At one point they had the #2, #7, and #14 picks and didn't trade any of them to extend their window of contention.

When I suggested trading Wiseman (who was already clearly a bust) and and #7 and #14 for Siakam in 2021, Warriors fans told me Wiseman and those picks would each be better than Siakam in a few years.

Yes. The Warriors couldn't come to terms on an extension with him, so he will be a free agent this summer. Plus, he was been ineffective a few times this season and benched late in games. A fresh start somewhere else might be good for him. Also, what's to stop him from signing with GS in the off-season? It's possible.
