I honestly don’t even think the chemistry would be as bad as people think. Fans always over think the emotional aspect of sports. Winning cures all.

We can't trade Pat because he bought some buildings in here.

I was intrigued with him during our hiring process, but I don't think you're going to convince anyone in the Bucks org to go with another rookie HC for this team right now. Not to say he's the same as Griff, I just don't think owners and Horst will go for that again.

Kenny Atkinson is still someone I think can balance some of what Bud did and blend what he's learned over the years under Kerr.

we cant trade Beas because according to an interview (with Beas), no trades are necessary.

Agree the Bucks wouldn’t go with an unproven or even a green head coach after the Grief catastrophe.

Doc Rivers would be on the short list as well I bet…for better or worse.

If Kai Jones wasn't cuckoo for Coco Puffs he'd be a great addition to this roster right now.

Fixed it for you. Don’t even mention his name, that would be an absolute nightmare.

Agree. He's 2 way eligible. Too bad he lost his mind, he has talent.

I wonder if the Bucks will sign Ethan Thompson to a 2 way? Doesn't really fill a need, but he's one of the top players in the G League, and the younger brother of Herd player Stevie Thompson.

one avenue that seems obvious to me is to trade Beas to the Lakers for a defensive player. they are struggling even worse than we are and they have a solid defense, just terrible offense. Beas just talked about having an offer from them in the offseason. He talked about how he didn't play to his potential there. They need a guy like him and he can go in there and redeem himself for last season.

win/win

now, who do we get in return?

quick scan indicates that Cam Reddish might be someone of interest. he's been pretty bad offensively but his defensive LEBRON is elite. plus, he only makes like 4m.

Beas for Wood, and then Bobby in a 3 way for Caruso

However, it would be a dick move to trade Beas to a team he walked from while being offered more than the minimum. He could be traded anywhere else though

is it more of a dick move than trading Jrue? it's one thing for the coach to be buddy buddy with the players, but the front office needs to make calculated, cold blooded decisions. we signed Beas before we traded for Dame. he needs to understand why this landscape just isn't right for him anymore. or not, i dont care. i dont know if a Lakers trade is the best Beas trade, but if it is, i'm not not going to do it just because of feelings.

Ish Wainwright just became available. 2 way eligible. Serious defensive combo forward.

Not a dick move to trade Beas, but it is if we deal him to the Lakers. He turned them down for a reason. Maybe he would consent, but I doubt it

Nothing matters until they get rid of the coach.

I'm sure I'm not the first to say it.

to my knowledge, he does not have a no trade clause. my point is this: if it is determined that the best route to improve our chances this season is through trading Beas to LAL, are you really not doing it because you dont want to be mean to a guy who has been on our team for 4 months?

unless there's something seriously wrong, i dont know how we get better by firing our coach halfway through the season. to me, that's a punt on this season.

This is it. The opportunity has to be there due to the Warriors chaotic season. Hell, I think Kerr encourages him to take the Bucks gig if its offered.

To me the only other realistic options are Stotts and Doc. No way they go with a first time HC again. Out of all 3 give me Atkinson.
