Cool, whilst I do that, do yourself a favour and watch some Bucks games, and it kinda becomes obvious.

I've definitely watched my fair share of Bucks games. In the playoffs, and when the chips are down, I take Giannis. But the stats don't lie. I ran the numbers for every regular season possession since the beginning of 19/20.

With Giannis, without Brook: 4959 possessions, 110.96 DRTG
With Brook, without Giannis: 3090 possessions, 110.97 DRTG

That's easily enough of a sample to say that Bucks are mostly fine defensively without Giannis because they have Brook.

You clearly don’t watch the games because Brook isn’t good defensively this year. Riddle me this, Brook has been a POOR defender all his career until he came to the bucks. How in the hell do you think he magically became better? Hint: he didn’t

I think it’s a little bit meaningless including Embiid at this point. I don’t think he will hit the game minimum and I rather him rest more. He’s been hobbling since the ankle injury, which annoyed me immensely when he continued playing in the fourth. No excuses for that. I do not think he should return till he has fully recovered. One injury can lead to another injury, which was evident from knee soreness - possibly favouring one ankle more than the other.

I am confident he’s not as petty as some of the posters here. Plus, I don’t think Jokic is the frontrunner right now anyway. There are other players having a better season.

Yeah you know how this goes. Overcompensation on the other leg for issues on one leg. This can compound problems

He's a good rim protector, but horrific at everything else. Again, something that's blatantly obvious if you watch Bucks games.

I don't think a game like this hurts his chances that much to be honest. It's a good narrative once again that he only cares about his team, and also how much of a point guard he really is.

Of course he cares. Anybody with a competitive spirit wants to be seen as the best at something. However, he probably cares more about winning another championship and trying new tactics to improve those odds.

I agree. PPG is not some standard for winning MVP. He’s showing his versatility and it gives the Nuggets a different look come playoff time. Imagine in the playoffs they face the Wolves. He’ll have multiple big guys on him. It’s preparation for everyone to know how it’ll work if he has to take low field goal attempts.
