Really? I was actually going to say this seems like the right amount of comfort and bull that he's not worried about his job.

The checks keep coming even if hes canned.

Yeah? Well you're the Adrian Griffin of posters.

(actually, I don't remember ever seeing your name before)

That's because I just came out of a 5 year coma

I squandered an asset? Then Hammond taught me well.

We’ll be so far behind by half, the Celtics will trot out Lauren Holiday to get her licks in.

Was at game and buddy and I *thought* Jimmy Haslem was in front row, middle. But we were up. Anyone watching on TV see? He left by the late third or fourth.

there is no upside here besides giannis being under contract
Stotts was probably talking to Dame and Giannis like, "I know. I know, I know, I know, just be happy I'm here."

'Stotts! Team huddle. STOTTS! TEAM HUDDLE!'

"Sorry, Dame... I can't do this ****. Call me when he gets fired "

During private meetings, Stotts likely pointed out all the flaws in Griffin's system. Instead of taking advice from a coach with 30 years of experience, Griffin probably walked out of those meetings wanting nothing to do with him. He probably thought to himself I've been under Nurse's shadow for far too long, so the last thing I need is for this guy to babysit me.

Also, I'm sure Horst purposely hired someone with Stotts experience as an assistant coach to circumvent Giannis's choice of wanting to hire Griffin. Unfortunately, that plan didn't work since Griffin likely felt insecure and drove Stotts out.

Can someone please edit the BuckPack signal and put Coach Bud’s head on Batman?

Griffin’s gotta go, and sooner rather than later. We can still save this season. We are destroying the culture of winning we built under Bud game by game with him in charge.

Was at the game tonight, and had a close enough view to watch the bench. There was a lot of loud talking back and forth with Griffin and the players. Nobody is on the same page on that team.

I don’t think they’re going to sack him tomorrow though. He may have the Celtics game as the deciding factor.

The other problem we’ve all discussed is the assistant coach problem. Prunty is a nice guy, but he’s really bad. At least in prior years you could envision Darvin being sort of the enforcer on things. There is no alternate guy on that staff that is able to rally things.

We should give the job to the Aussie flex offense guy. We ran a couple of neat flex sets a few games ago never to revisit.

Grief seems good at enforcing guys with significantly more experience than him though. RIP Stotts 2023

No Darvin, no Charles Lee. Prunty is fine as a third, or lower, banana but not the lead assistant for a rookie coach. The whole reason Stotts was hired. There is no one on the staff I want even as an interim coach.

Maybe Bobby could channel all that fire and use it on D.

Rather than Prunty, yeah. Or if there's holdover from assistants on his staff, he seems like one to keep.

Was at the game tonight as well. Griffin needs to go. He has zero control over this team and it was stunningly evident tonight. Once you cross that threshold where your players don’t respect you, it’s over.
