and he led the league in most of those after Purdy sat because his team was more successful and didnt need to play. There was no disqualification, If Dallas managed to still grab one of the top seeds he probably would have won it despite being behind Purdy and losing head to head. Still likely will end up 3rd or 4th which is not too bad judging from where he started.

I will say that yes, the derangement has leaked in the some of the fan base and BJJ is a prime example of a Cowboy fan who has been convinced that Dak is the worst QB in the entire NFL :lol:

I personally don't count him as a "fan"

How much more luck do you need? You had Eagles go thru unprecedented collapse midseason and Lions coach make multiple dumb decisions at the end of the game to get the second seed. As long as your quarterback doesnt self destruct Dallas should walk into NFC title game easily.

Maybe a bad choice of words. I’ve learned not to be to optimistic with this team.
Anything less then the NFC title game would be devastating.

They have the same number of playoff wins as the Jaguars since 1996

And the Jags have gone to the AFC Championship game 3 times in that span, Cowboys haven't made the NFC Championship in that time

Imagine having less playoff success than the Jags for almost 30 years lol

I think having over 20 turnovers making him second worse in the NFL will hold him back.
