Right! We get the worst of the WAS and MEM 2nds, currently #33 and #36.

I know it's easy to compare us this season with the 2020-21 Jazz. But I was curious about some things.

I think there's something impressive about the start to our season without consecutive losses. Our first consecutive losses dropped us to 24-9. At the same point in the season, 2020-21 Utah was slightly better at 26-7. But interestingly, that 33rd game for Utah was the start of a stretch where they went just 3-5.

Also interestingly, Utah had an 11-game and 9-game win streak in the first 33 games. Minnesota had a 7-game and a 6-game win streak. Utah, coming out of that 3-5 stretch, went on another 9-game win streak.

Grizzlies beat DAL without JJJ and JA. They still can play the spoiler role. Both Luka and Kyrie had over 30 pts and it didn't help.

Clippers about to pay Leonard and George a TON of money. For 32 and 33 year vets with their injury history...they are definitely rolling the dice!

Just like something shrink likes to bring up often about us, the Clippers are building a new arena. They want to keep winning and keep as much of a foothold on fan support in that market.

He's one of those select few targets if you want a short list of guys for potential Towns talks.

His nicknames really tell the story. On potential alone they called him Maple Jordan. In practice he is Standrew Wiggins. The GSW fans who think they are gonna get a trade haul for him are in for a rude awakening.

He somehow helped them win a chip. I think his mental health has taken a sharp down turn past few yrs.

He seems to be really dealing with personal stuff. He never said why he took all that leave off. My guess is whatever is going on his mental isn't in the right place.

You might be on to something. Regardless, I now know enough to never, ever, take a shot with a guy who has questionable motor issues. You also never change those kinds of players, they are who they are. You can't turn a guy up, I'd rather deal with a player who is too eager that you have try and turn down. If you have to try and hype a guy up and motivate them to player harder, you are cooked, that's a player you can't rely on. Absolutely no more Wiggns or Wes Johnson types for me.

Because that's how teams on the back-end of a back-to-back usually look.
